Recommended Use: Spirulina is a rich source of carotenoids, phycocyanin (blue pigments), chlorophyll (green pigment), iron and plant-based (or complete) protein. Source of antioxidants for maintenance of good health.
Recommended Dose: (Adults): Take 4 tablets four times a day with meal or as directed by qualified health care practitioner.
