You will use the same email address both online and in-store to earn points on every purchase. You will also be able to track your previous orders and receive product suggestions custom-tailored to you.
You keep your points! In our new system, $1 = 1 point with every qualifying purchase.You will have received an “Activate Your Account” email from OptimumHealthVitamins.ca. Follow the link and instructions in that email (sent April 13/22).
If the email was lost or misplaced (check your spam!) you can otherwise go to our account registration page and create an account with the same email address you use with KolyaNaturals.com.
Your Kolya Points will automatically transfer to your new account. For troubleshooting or other issues, please firstname.lastname@example.org.
Remember, $1 = 1 Wellness Point.
Although the points number may look smaller after transfer, you have not lost out on the total sum value of points.
For example, with a previous value of $1 = 5 Kolya Points, our new streamlined system will give you $5 off a purchase for 100 Wellness Points. Previously, it would have taken 500 points for a $5 discount. The visual number is different, but the total value is exactly the same.
