Recommended Use: Melatonin Liposomal Helps to reset the body’s sleep-wake cycle, an aspect of the circadian rhythm. Melatonin can help improve the quality of sleep by increasing total sleep time in people suffering from altered sleep schedules, prevent the effects of jet lag, and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep for people who fall asleep slowly.
Recommended Dose: Adults: Take one (1) teaspoon per day, at or before bedtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For Jet Lag: Take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at the destination until adapted to the new time zone or daily pattern. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
