Nature's Way Pepogest Peppermint Essential Oil is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve nausea and vomiting, to aid digestion and to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia.
Recommended Use: Aids digestion, relieves gas, nausea and vomiting.
Recommended Dose: (Adults & Adolescents 15 & Older): Take 1 softgel (0.2 ml) 1-4 times per day with water.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have gallstones, anaemia, hiatus hernia or gastroesophageal reflux. Keep out of reach of children.
Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience gastroesophageal reflux. Hypersensitivity (eg. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use.
