This handmade root brush comes from a co-operative in Mexico that promotes wellness and sustainability in its local community. It is made from the root of a grass that grows naturally and sustainably in the region. It is fantastic for scrubbing pots and cleaning root vegetables; very stiff and effective for scouring. Unlike plastic, this brush is biodegradable and will not melt on hot pans.
