Recommended Use: Used in herbal medicine to help improve mental and/or physical performance after periods of mental and/or physical exertion and as a tonic to help relieve general debility and/ or to aid during recovery. Recommended Dose: 1–2 capsules 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
