Recommended Use: Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to fortify the spleen to drain dampness and clear toxic heat.
Recommended Dose: Take ¼ tsp (1g) 1-2 times per day. Can be added to a hot beverage, smoothie, or oatmeal. Can also be used in soups, stocks and salad dressings.
