Fermented Whole Food Probiotic provides 10 billion live probiotic cultures per capsule, cultured in a fermented prebiotic matrix comprised of apple, blueberry, cranberry, broccoli, carrot, kale, parsley, spinach, and plant-based inulin. This matrix serves as the perfect nourishing culture medium to ensure the survival of the strongest bacteria and postbiotics for optimal digestion and wellness.
Recommended Dose (Adults): 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain.
