Antioxidant-rich
Recommended Use: Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. Source of antioxidants that help protect cells against the oxidative damage caused by free radicals.
Recommended Dose: Take 1/4 tsp (1g) 2-4 times daily. Can be added to hot water and drunk as a broth, or added to other beverages like coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. May also be added to food, or smoothies, put into capsules, or used as directed by your practitioner.

It is included in the finished good and should be kept with the product while stored, tightly closed when the product is not in use.
