Preparation
For 1 litre of water, take 1 tablespoon of 7x7 Kräuter/AlkaHerb or 2 filter bags. For 1 cup, take 1 teaspoon of 7x7 Kräuter/AlkaHerb or 1 tea bag. Then scald with boiling water. The water should not be heated in the microwave.
