Recommended Use: Arnica Cream. The medicinal plant arnica contains essential oils and other natural plant substances (so-called flavonoids and sesquiterpene lactones) with effective properties.
For Sports. The sports and massage cream is especially recommended when an intense workout or competition is coming up. Rubbing legs, shoulders, chest and back before sports can prevent strains and tension. After sports, sauna or shower, the cosmetic cream warms the skin and provides the feel-good moment after the workout.
Warming Ointment. The circulation-promoting cream has a soothing warming effect and can therefore, especially before athletic performance, prepare the muscles by warming them up or - for example during winter sports - prevent cold damage. In addition, it can also relieve pain in case of sore muscles, tension in the back and neck muscles or tired legs.
Recommended Dose: Apply a pea-sized amount of cream to the skin and, to ensure a fast and lasting effect, massage it in well. Tip for athletes: In order to avoid pulled muscles and tension, apply the cream before training and competitions, particularly to the legs, shoulders, chest and back.
Cautions & Warnings: Do not apply to the eyes, damaged skin or mucous membranes. Contains St. John's wort extract. After application please avoid exposure to direct sunlight and tanning shops. Contains eucalyptol, camphor and menthol. Not suitable for children under the age of 7 years. Any reddening of the skin is the sign of intensive, warming blood circulation and will wear off after 2 to 3 hours. Being a natural product, the plant extracts vary in colour and scent. This has no effect on the quality.
Known Adverse Reactions: The application may cause allergic reactions. Do not use if you have a known allergy to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositate/Daisy family or to any of the other ingredients.
