Dietary calcium deficiency has also been associated with increased risk of hypertension, and pre-eclampsia. Directions (Adults): Take 3 to 6 capsules daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Known Adverse Reaction: Some people may experience diarrhea with doses greater than or equal to 351 milligrams per day.
