Recommended Use: A pre-workout supplement for athletic support. Source of amino acids involved in muscle protein synthesis. Helps in energy metabolism and in tissue formation. Helps to form red blood cells. Helps to maintain the body's ability to metabolize nutrients and in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Helps to maintain normal muscle function and in the process of normal regulation of cell division and specialisation. Source of/An electrolyte. Temporarily helps to relieve fatigue, to promote endurance, and to enhance motor performance.

Recommended Dose: (Adult): Mix one scoop (7g) in 250 - 500mL of liquid (water, juice, etc.). Take one serving daily 30 minutes prior to workout or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks. If you suffer from a cardiovascular disease, consult your health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner if your cardiovascular condition worsens. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome) or if you are following a low protein diet or are taking lithium, medication for cardiovascular diseases, erectile dysfunction, and/or blood thinners or suffer from a cardiovascular disease and are attempting an increase in physical activity. May cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose. Do not use if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction or have cardiovascular (heart) disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, prostate disorders, liver or kidney disorders, edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics or any prescription medication or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea).Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Do not consume if you are taking decongestant-containing cold preparations (i.e. phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine), products containing natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure. Consumption with caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended as it may increase the risk of adverse effects. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
