Lion’s Mane promotes cognitive function
The Lion’s Mane mushroom gets its name due to its long cascading tendrils that resemble the mane of a lion. Legend has it that those who consumed lion’s mane mushroom would have “nerves of steel and the memory of a lion”.
Recommended Use: Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties.
Recommended Dose: Adults take 1/4 teaspoon (900 mg) 1 time per day for maintenance and 1/2 teaspoon (1,800 mg) 3 times per day for therapeutic dose.
