Recommended Use: Athletic support/workout supplement. Helps support muscle tissue repair in individuals involved in resistance training. Aids in the muscle recovery process by reducing muscle tissue damage associated with a resistance training regimen. May help promote an improvement in physical performance when used in conjunction with a training regimen. Helps the body to metabolize fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Helps in tissue formation.

Recommended Dose: (Adults) Take 15 ml twice daily. Direction of use: Take with food. Take 2-4 hours prior to exercise. Use the calibrated measuring cup provided to obtain an accurate dosage. Do not drink directly from the bottle.
