Recommended Use: Source of probiotics. Helps support intestinal/gastrointestinal health. Could promote a favorable gut flora.
Recommended Dose: Adults & Adolescents (12 years and older) Take 1 capsule once a day. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics or antifungal.
