Recommended Use: Used in herbal medicine to help support and maintain cognitive function such as mental focus and mental stamina and as an adaptogen to help temporarily relieve symptoms of stress such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness. A factor and an antioxidant in the maintenance of good health.
Recommended Dose: Adults take one capsule in the morning and one capsule early afternoon or two capsules in the morning, with or without food. Recommended Duration of Use: For periodic use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 months. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.
