Winter Switchel

Woo your dinner guests with an elegant festive drink!⁠

With some of winter’s finest wellness ingredients, including ginger, raw honey, apple cider vinegar, and a touch of elderberry, our kid-approved Winter Switchel tends to your sweet tooth and warms the spirit on cold winter nights.

Makes 3 cups

Ingredients

1 thumb of ginger (approx 3 tbsp), peeled + chopped

2 tbsp (or less) raw honey

1 tsp blackstrap molasses

5 tsp raw apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp Earth's Aromatique Cranberry Harvest loose leaf tea

3 1/2 cups water

Instructions

Peel and chop ginger and place in a glass jar. Add honey, molasses, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to dissolve honey. Add loose-leaf Cranberry Harvest Tea. Let the mixture sit for 4 hours. Add water and put the lid on the jar. Shake the jar to combine thoroughly. Place in the fridge and let sit for 8-12 hours, then strain. Pour and enjoy. Notes: This recipe can be adjusted easily for sweetness preferences. Add some fresh lemon juice for a citrusy kick!
